About RangeLocator

RangeLocator exists to answer one question well: where can I shoot near me? We track indoor and outdoor shooting ranges, firearms training facilities, trap and skeet clubs, and archery ranges across all 50 states — with the details that actually matter: lanes, distances, calibers permitted, pricing, hours, and amenities.

Listings start from public business data and each range's own website. Shooting range owners can claim their listing for free. The green Verified badge indicates ownership verification; it does not guarantee that every detail is current or endorse a facility's safety or quality. Listing corrections are handled by email.

RangeLocator is built by people who shoot. Whether you're after a quiet weekday lane, a 1,000-yard rifle range, or a facility to host law-enforcement training, the goal is the same: find the right place fast, know what to expect, and head downrange.
